1. What do I actually receive?
You are purchasing a high-resolution digital file, not a physical print. After payment, you will receive a link to download a JPG/PNG file. No physical item will be mailed to you.

2. How do I get my files?
After your purchase is confirmed, you will instantly receive a download link on your order confirmation page and via email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within 15 minutes.

3. What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We cannot control the download once it's been provided. Please contact us immediately at support@radioartist.com if you have issues with the file itself (e.g., it is corrupted or doesn't match the description).

4. Can I edit the artwork or use it for my business?
You may print the artwork for personal use. However, the license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell the digital file, use it for commercial purposes (like branding, marketing, or on products for sale), or claim it as your own. Copyright remains with RadioArtist.

5. How do I print my artwork?
You have several options:

  • Home Printer: For small sizes.
  • Local Print Shop: (e.g., FedEx, Copy Shop) for professional-quality posters.
  • Online Print Service: (e.g., Vistaprint, Snapfish) for canvas or framed prints.
    We recommend using high-quality paper like matte photo paper or premium poster paper for the best results.

6. The print colors look different from my screen. Why?
This is a common issue. All monitors and printers display colors differently based on their calibration and settings. We design our files in standard RGB color mode, but final print results can vary. We recommend doing a small test print first if color accuracy is critical.

7. What size can I print this?
Our files are high-resolution and can typically be printed clearly in popular sizes like 8x10", 16x20", and 24x36". The product description will specify the ideal maximum size. For larger prints, please contact us for recommendations.

8. I lost my file. Can I download it again?
Yes! The download link in your confirmation email will remain active for a period of time. If it has expired, please contact us with your order number, and we will gladly reset the link for you.
