Digital Product Policy - All Sales Are Final
Thank you for shopping at RadioArtist. Due to the intangible and immediate nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchased digital download artwork once the sale is completed.
Why All Sales Are Final?
When you purchase a digital art file, you receive immediate access to the product. Unlike a physical item, it cannot be "returned." As the digital files can be duplicated and retained after download, we cannot revoke access or provide a refund after the transaction is finalized.
What Constitutes a Completed Sale?
A sale is considered complete as soon as the payment is processed and the digital download link is sent to you via email or made available on the order confirmation page.
Exceptional Circumstances
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you experience one of the following issues, please contact us at support@radioartist.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include re-providing the file or issuing a store credit:
- Technical Issues: The file you received is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete.
- Incorrect Product: The file you received is significantly different from the product described and displayed on the site.
- Delivery Failure: You have not received your download link due to a technical error on our part.
